Continued support is optional and ordered separately. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Market-specific requirements are scoped and quoted separately.

| With 12 months of support | EUR 8,000 | 11 × EUR 350 | EUR 11,850 |
You purchase the agreed licences through your own accounts. Their documented cost is deducted from my fee, so the total stays within EUR 8,000 excl. VAT. I cover exchange-rate differences for agreed purchases made on time.
This price applies to the first 3 contracts for the standard package. Your project slot is confirmed once you sign and make the first payment on time. Pricing and availability for later projects will be set after reviewing these initial launches.

These figures come from a clean demo installation. Your live store’s performance depends on hosting, catalogue data, marketing scripts and custom integrations.
Treat them as a benchmark for the technical base, not a guarantee for every deployment. Before launch, we assess the impact of each store’s data, configuration and external services.
Mobile and desktop reports for the demo store. I rerun the tests and update the test date before publication.
Hyvä Theme and Hyvä Checkout reduce the amount of work the browser has to do, helping customers browse products and complete their purchases smoothly.
Your optimised Magento Open Source store runs on the agreed VPS, with ElasticSuite search and support for WebP images. The package also includes off-server backup setup and an initial restore test.
The package includes setup of PayU, InPost, DPD Pickup/SwipBox and consent tools. Starting with a defined configuration makes it easier to assess how future integrations and scripts will affect your store.
Before launch, I provide a test environment and an acceptance checklist so you can review the agreed features. The checklist covers standard customer and admin workflows, transactional emails and the agreed consent tools.

Cloudflex Care
Cloudflex Care covers agreed technical work, consultations and access to new Cloudflex releases. You work directly with me on business days, currently 17:00–21:00 (Warsaw time). We agree work schedules in advance.
Your included month ends without an automatic subscription. You can order ongoing Care separately and cancel with one month’s notice, effective at the end of a billing period. Your store keeps running after Care ends. One-off work is subject to availability and an agreed scope, price and schedule.

FAQ
Scope, pricing, licences and availability — clear before you decide.
You work directly with me, Jakub Pałys, the developer behind Cloudflex Commerce. I have over 5 years of Magento 2 experience. We define the scope, review progress and plan future changes together. You can find my LinkedIn profile in the footer.
No. The agreed initial Hyvä Checkout, Amasty Product Labels and GDPR purchases are within the budget. You buy them using your own accounts and their documented cost reduces the Cloudflex fee. Plans and required Hyvä compatibility are confirmed before signing. Later renewals and subscriptions are paid separately.
Import is a separate add-on. Before signing, I check a file using the Cloudflex template and confirm product types, data limits, validation, schedule and price. Data cleanup, history migration and ERP, PIM or WMS integrations require separate scoping. Without an import order, you prepare the catalogue yourself.
The module provides technical tools for agreed consent and personal-data workflows. Features and test scenarios are defined before implementation. The client supplies wording, processing rules and legal assessment; the module does not replace a legal audit.
The standard package covers one Magento Open Source store with Hyvä Theme, Hyvä Checkout and agreed modules, including Amasty Product Labels and Amasty GDPR. It also includes testing, backup setup with an initial restore test, documentation and 10 hours of customisation. The agreed initial licence purchases and your first month of Care, with 5 hours of support, are included. This price covers the standard package. Market-specific requirements are scoped and quoted separately.
Before you sign, we agree a task list covering settings, logo and colour changes, service configuration and up to 2 hours of training, all within the 10-hour allowance. Extra work is quoted for your approval. You can use these hours from the start of the project until 60 days after acceptance. Store setup, testing and required fixes for defects in my work do not use this allowance.
Before you sign, I review the scope, licences and content, then confirm an available start date and project schedule. I currently work on business days, 17:00–21:00 (Warsaw time). The schedule reflects my availability, and I send weekly progress updates.
No. Your first month starts at final acceptance, includes 5 hours of support and ends without an automatic subscription. Ongoing Care at EUR 350 excl. VAT per month is ordered separately. You can cancel with one month’s notice, effective at the end of a billing period.
Support is currently available on business days, 17:00–21:00 (Warsaw time). Under the SLA, P1 issues receive an initial response addressing the issue by 21:00 on the business day after the report is accepted; P2/P3 issues by the second business day. For example, a report sent after 21:00 on Friday is accepted on Monday at 17:00, with a P1 response due by Tuesday at 21:00, assuming no holidays or scheduled breaks. These are response deadlines, not guaranteed resolution times.
Hosting, backup storage and module renewals are paid to the providers. Implementation includes off-server backup configuration and the first restore test. Before launch, we agree who maintains the server and checks backups — this could be a hosting provider with a management service or your administrator. It does not necessarily mean hiring another person. That service scope is confirmed before launch. Magento upgrades are planned tasks using Care hours or a separate budget; the subscription does not include 24/7 on-call support.
Care includes 5 hours of agreed work and consultations, access to new Cloudflex releases and an initial response addressing your issue within the agreed response time (SLA). Installing new features uses your Care hours or a separate budget; required fixes for defects in my work do not. Additional work under Care costs EUR 35 excl. VAT per hour, subject to your approval.
If you choose to continue Care without a break, the development package plus 6 months of support costs EUR 9,750 excl. VAT in total; with 12 months of support, the total is EUR 11,850 excl. VAT. The first month is already included in the EUR 8,000 package price. Hosting, backup storage, renewals, imports and work outside the package are charged separately.
Once paid in full, you can use your licensed store indefinitely and appoint another developer. Your accounts, code repository and infrastructure remain under your control. Cloudflex code cannot be reused in other clients’ independent stores; third-party components have their own licences.
The package is for a business with a clear reason to choose Magento, whose needs suit the existing Hyvä layout and a single store in one language, with prices in PLN. Multiple markets, custom UX/UI, advanced B2B and 24/7 availability requirements need a separately agreed scope.
Send me your store’s URL or describe your plans. I’ll let you know whether the package meets your needs, what extras are required and when I can start.
Tell me about your store and the features you need. I’ll help define the scope, total budget and a possible start date.
